Purchased for partner who is over the moon with the product.
Delivery was slower than expected and a bit of a faff, which is the only reason for 4 stars.
Customer services were fantastic when alerted to the issue and explained the situation clearly, giving tracking information for the pending delivery. The delivery was then sent next day signed for - my only gripe is that the company either gave the wrong tracking number (sender tracking) or do not use a customer tracking service, as I had to wait in the full day for delivery because no time slot was given. Your tracking is only updated to say sent, and then again to say signed for.
Will still use again and recommend.

Having checked your order we can see that your order was sent via Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For which aim to deliver next day working day but can sometimes take 1-2 working days to arrive depending on your location. The tracking information is automatically uploaded and included in shipping confirmation upon dispatch. We are glad to hear that our staff gave you top notch customer service. Hi Ben, we have been trying to contact you by email and by phone but we cannot trace receiving a response from you. Royal Mail attempted delivery on 1st March and it is currently with Royal Mail collection point. As we have not heard from you we have requested Royal Mail re-deliver your parcel on Friday 11/03, otherwise it will end up being returned to us.
