My refrigerator freezer had a cooling problem and I made an appointment for the following day and I was told that the technician would arrive between 11:00-1:00 pm. At 12:58, someone from Frontdoor called to see if I had been contacted by the technician, which I had not. Approximately 5 minutes later a lady called to tell me that she had been trying to contact the technician by phone and text message with NO response. She said that she would attempt to contact them again and call me back within 30 minutes. At least she was truthful! She called back within the 30 minute timeframe to tell me once again that she could not reach the technician. She then was bold enough to ask if I wanted to reschedule the appointment? If this wasn’t so sad, it would be comical. She had NO idea if her technician… the one that they rely on to make them a profit, was at home taking a nap… in the hospital… at the local bar with their friends… NOTHING. Maybe this was just an isolated incident, my guess is… probably not. Anyway… thank you very much Frontdoor Pro, for absolutely NOTHING 👌
LG dishwasher codes
Dishwasher had a code for water leak, I couldn't clear the code. They sent out a repairman and he said after working on it for about 45 minutes that the water leak was a hose. The code for water leak is for a pressure problem or the water is not properly flowing into the 2 channels. Patd for the service and learned how to clear the code. Not a honest repair. Did learn 2 things, clear codes and never use the company ever again.
Approval of covered service took forever!!
In past, claims to HSA have been completed quickly without issues. This claim for repairing/replacing exhaust fan took almost two weeks, numerous chats with customer service and a lot of vendor's time to get replacement approved and completed. Vendor was excellent. HSA was not. I have had Home warranty for 5 yrs. I have had a hand full of claims -- all completed in timely manner, except for this one. This is an expensive program. This experience has me rethinking whether I should continue this warranty.

Cancelled 30 minutes prior to service time TWICE in two days. I arranged logistics and work to fit the service time TWICE and both times cancelled. Will never use this service again.
AHS client support is the worse service…
AHS client support is the worse service ever. I believe then with their tune up for the gas furnace promotion. The peace of mind advertised turned into a nightmare. After hours trying the no overseas team to understand my problem then only answer I can get from them is “I apologize I can’t do anything to help you” this is the most useless service I am paying for. I will be cancelling Monday morning. If they can’t help me for a really simple thing, imagine what will happen when something urgent happens.

The tech was knowledgeable, respectful and professional. He discovered an issue that I will have in the near future and explained the problem in detail and showed me where it was located.Unfortunately, since this was just a general service call, he was not allowed
to make the repair. That was disappointing because I now need to schedule a separate repair call.

Hassle-free service
This is a decent service, but it ultimately depends on the techs that perform the work. When you get great techs on the job, the service will likely be rated as great. When you get an unprofessional tech that does sloppy work, the service will likely be rated as poor. So far, the techs in my area have been very professional. My recent heater service went off without a hitch. The tech came in and knew exactly what to do and was very courteous and professional. That's why Frontdoor, Inc. is getting five stars in this review.
The tech came and did maintenance
The tech came and did maintenance. I had warm air through register but 30mins later, cold air was blowing up through register and I couldn't stop fan blowing cold air I had turn off the breaker and I had to call AHS to reschedule the service again. AHS changed me another over $100.00
Central Air System Tune-up Done Right
Richard at Comfort Savior completed his tune-up of the heating portion of my central air unit and then showed me through his testing tools exactly what needed repair and then explained my options for that fix. His demonstration inspired my confidence that, for a change, my system had been properly evaluated.

If I could do 1/2 a point, I would. I give you half for returning. But after installing the control board that was recommended, my lights and filter status stopped working. The repairman was not knowledgeable of how to fix the repair. Did not cleanup after the job was done, seemed to be in a hurry to leave. Very unprofessional. Would not recommend using again. Very Disapp.

An idea whose time has come!
What a fantastic use of a phone's camera and zoom-like remote sessions! This is so much better than hoping to find a YouTube video that matches your broken appliance's problem. After downloading the app I was connected with a very experienced technician in less than two minutes. He then stuck with me for about an hour as I followed his instructions to disassemble my dryer, fix the problem (no part involved), and put it all back together. Saved me hundreds of dollars that a repair visit would have cost and made me feel like I could tackle pretty much any appliance repair in the future.
