We've been using Procurement Express for over a year now and honestly couldn't be happier. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending this as a solution for anyone's business. The on boarding process was quick and easy, the system is very user friendly and the on going support is fantastic.

I have been using ProcurementExpress for about six months now and I have found its simplicity and logical set up saves time and stress. It isnt full of pointless gimmicks and redundant features...it just does what it needs to do without any complications. It is simple and logical enough to be used without any training. I don't have time to waste on unnecessary paperwork and this does not generate any. A useful feature is that with your purchase order, all the relevant proposals, contracts etc can be stored together. Happy with it and have absolutely no plans to change it.

I've been working with this software primarily as the system administrator despite no previous professional purchasing experience. This system is quick to learn, intuitive, and the customer service is excellent! It works great for a small start-up company that's trying to build from nothing.

This program is something I use daily at my office. I have it on mine and all of my filed tech cell phones as an app also. It helps me keep track of all my many company expenses. I use it to track all my purchases with local vendors from the Home Depot to all my supply houses. I can easily review all my purchases at any time from desktop or mobile devise. I have been using it fro over 2 years now and cant see how I could really do without it. I highly recommend it for any small business that wants to keep a true count and track on all there spending.

Purchasing is part of my daily schedule. This is my first job where I have had Procurement Express and I love it! I share a budget with someone on a different campus and we approve each other's purchases. It is instant and transcends the old paper trail or obscure methods that delayed purchases. I work faster and it's definitely more efficient. It's also easy to upload invoices and request payment. Now my vendors have a short wait time. This is a definite plus.

ProcurementExpress.com is very user friendly and fast. After the information is entered you get an immediate email of the Purchase order. It also lets you know your budget remaining for each cost code (Steel, Piping, Subcontractors, Etc.) so you know what you have left in each "bucket" before you apply your cost. There is also an app if you are mobile to issue PO's if you are in the field or traveling. Writing PO's while out of the office is paramount. This keeps you from having to get out your laptop and connect to servers. Everything is fast and efficient. It syncs with your accounting software instantly.

I am 100% satisfied with Procurement Express.

I am only a user, but I know that the Finance Department like to use it for management of budgets and finance.

It's user friendly, got all essential reporting features and it's pretty transparent. Procurement Express team is very friendly and fast with resolving any issues or answering questions.

ProcurementExpress is a fun and effective way to keep track of your spending. It makes the whole process less stressful, because your have so much control and purchase order needs to be approved before a payment is made.

ProcurementExpress' software is very easy to use with a clear process. It allows you to choose your own budgets and easily keep track of everything that needs to be paid. It shows the different departments which means we can keep track of spend throughout the company. It's also great that everyone can use the same software, from the marketing team, to the production team, and it's super easy to stick to a budget.

It is very user-friendly. With it being a web-based program, I don't have to be in-office to approve a PO. I can approve it on-the-go from my smartphone. This saves precious time and gives me complete control no matter where I am. It has helped us save money with better spend monitoring. It has also helped boost office efficiency as I no longer have to be in-office to approve POs!

I am a new Director this year, and have had a big learning curve for new administrative duties. Procurement Express has been one of the easiest new tasks I have had. It was easy to learn to use, and I love that it keeps all my information in one place. It’s awesome that the approving parties can ask questions and leave comments within Procurement Express, which helps keep things very clear.

It has completely eliminated the need for paper copies and a paper trail for purchase requests and purchasing. Also cuts down on the amount of back and forth emails needed to get approval. The comments section is especially helpful, because the discussion can all take place in one spot.

Get rid of the paper! You will love this simple system of keeping track of your budget, creating purchase orders, the approval process, and completing a purchase.

very quick to make a PO and appreciate the auto fill tool when completing vendors. Only issue I have is with the search tool, just wish search functionality was a little bit more intuitive and search through many, would like to be able to find things based on search terms in case the vendor name was incorrect.

Procurement Express is a powerful tool and has been wonderful in helping us keep our finances organized.

Excellent Purchasing Software, Our Company is using since a long time and it is very useful, Manage your Budgets, Manage your POs and Keep track on Payment and delivery, All In One Pack.

Excellent system, meets all our requirements. However it is the Help option on the right hand side - both its quickness and accuracy - that makes this system ideal for our use.

I like that it is simple, fast and easy to use, I am the one who closes the PO's and other people in my company create them when ordering goods.
It’s easy to train and show people how to use it, easy to train others who have not used it before.
The approving process is simple, very easy to create PO simple steps, select who you want to approve it e.g. your managers etc. and options to select how many.
I really like it for its simplicity and it does the job.
The customer service is great too.
