Extremely Disappointed – Over 50% of My Order Was Damaged and No Response from Support
I run a small business and ordered 100 boxes from Pro Custom Packaging. When they arrived, 55 were damaged—some crushed and some torn, after package was delivered wet. I contacted the company within the 30 days policy, hoping they’d take responsibility and either replace the damaged boxes or issue a refund.
No response. I’ve called, and messaged multiple times, and I’ve been completely ignored. It’s clear they have no interest in resolving issues once they have your money.
This experience has been stressful, expensive, and incredibly disappointing. I was relying on these boxes for a product launch, and now I’m scrambling to find alternatives at the last minute.
Pro Custom Packaging is unreliable, unprofessional, and offers zero customer support. I would strongly advise others to stay away from this company. Don’t make the same mistake I did.
