Received incorrect colour Jersey but good resolution

I ordered a Bianchi Milano Jersey in the Celeste colour and I was sent the black version despite checking that I ordered the correct item.

I since checked their website and they no longer have this item in stock in my size.

I contacted the company via email and received a response from Luis who located a Celeste jersey in my size and offered to send it free shipping and also offered for me to keep the black jersey at half price which I agreed to both.

So not a great initial experience with receiving the wrong jersey but the final outcome was very favourable for me and I appreciate the after sales customer service I received.
