Customer service was very good in helping me with my problem. Products are one of if not the most helpful things for producing. Only thing that I think can possibly be improved is maybe allowing you to have a free trial to try stuff out before buying. Problem is that it would be kind of hard to prevent stealing but if they can figure that out somehow that would be much appreciated.

Problems with last weeks purchase PRODUCER LOOPS…
I love your music loops. However had a problem for the first time last week. I purchased the PRODUCER LOOPS 08000988607 for $21.68 but was unable to download it. Please send me a link that works. I have downloaded many things from you, and dont know why it didnt work.
Also, I did not intend to purchase any art, graphics or photography, and futhermore, but got billed for it, and couldn't down load it either. I would like my $40.00 refunded. My bank account identification of the transaction says: merchant address 646-3500410n(NY). Please refund my money.
