I ordered a garden shed on the 16th May 25, due to be delivered on the 23rd May 2025. I have not received the goods, I raised a ticked and chased 5 times with no response. The website states that if good are not received 7 days after expended delivery a full refund can be obtained. I asked for a refund and again I have received no response. Unacceptable customer service.

You spend €420 on a TV stand and receive a broken one. Instead of properly resolving the issue, they only offer a discount. Meanwhile, you're left with damaged furniture in your new home.
Unfortunately, I can't upload photos here — otherwise, everyone could see how their products are delivered. Looking at other reviews, it seems this kind of issue happens quite often.
Very disappointing experience. I do not recommend this company.

We had several issues with 2 orders.
The package came broken and they denied to send us the broken parts or at least return the product. We lost a lot of money with this website! They don’t reply in time! They say they are treating your issues, but you are months waiting for the resolution, if that ever comes.
There answers on Trustpilot have no real followup !It’s all a big scam

Did not deliver my order, not able to contact them, no reactions at all. Glad i did a payment by Klarna, so they have to pay me back. Waited more then 5 weeks for a respons after payment.

Absolutely terrible!! No instructions, box damaged, faulty item and no contact apart from a stupid form that does not give me the option i need which is it is broken so need it collecting or exchanging, literally non existant after sales, what company does not have a contact number, the company since contacted me and the sevice i recieved from Roberto in customer service was brilliant, very very helpful, so muchas gracias to Roberto

Two weeks ago I ordered a sofa bed from Produce Shop. Since then I have received no emails of any description, not even the confirmation of sale, and no access to my account, it is always blocked.
I strongly suspect that it is a scam as the customer service representative (I believe the ONLY one) whom I managed to contact in a round about way is being very evasive and refusing to acknowledge my requests for proof of my account and progress of the sale. I have now voiced my suspicions to her and heard nothing back. She has repeated several times that my order is in preparation but will provide no proof. It was advertised very cheaply and the next day was listed 'out of stock'- I can't help wondering how many people ordered and paid for this particular item, seemingly the only white one. They had also outsourced it to Leroy Merlin who by the following day had also listed it as out of stock. The advert which was prominent on Google also disappeared. How much money could have been made by ProduceShop on that single day by hordes of customers shelling out €68? And of course it's not a meaningful amount that would precipitate multiple claims. It's my guess that most people would just write it off.
But I'm not one of those: it's the principle and I will pursue it.
Tomorrow I will be speaking to my UK bank which guarantees all credit card purchases and they will investigate thoroughly this very questionable outfit who appear to have defrauded many trusting customers if the reviews on Trustpilot are anything to go by.
In the meantime I would urge anybody considering purchasing any item whatsoever from this company to desist until it can be established that it is genuine! You may well be throwing your money away.
If you have already ordered and try to contact the email address for enquiries published on their adverts, you will be blocked. They only respond to new enquiries, after all they can't block those for fear of turning away new punters!
The regurgitated template of apology sent to dissatisfied buyers is as meaningless as their products seem to be and serve simply as a delaying tactic. Please don't bother to send one to me!
My mission now if they are as disingenuous as they appear to be is to expose Produce Shop publicly. I would very much like to be proved wrong but I fear I will never see the sofabed I ordered.
Companies who profit from ordinary people's misplaced trust and cause them distress deserve to be publicly shamed and put out of business.
UPDATE - the issue has now been resolved quickly and efficiently and I have received a full refund. Clearly nothing shady at all.

I bought a shower, and it arrived broken. I contacted customer service through the website, and I’ve been waiting for a couple of weeks for a response to resolve the issue. No one has contacted me yet, and they don’t have a phone number. Honestly, it doesn't seem like a very reliable company. 400€ down the drain. Happy to change the rating once I get this sorted.

I ordered a lovely chair bed very pleased, but on second use of the bed the back of the chair wouldn't click into place so I now have to keep the chair against a wall because it doesn't stay upright. I'm tried to get in touch to tell them of the problem but it's impossible.
It was 215€ so not cheap.

No phone or email to contact them , after a lot of tries , i kept writting to a lot of emails , and then they answered me to send them photos of the damaged product , i sent them a video and photos explaining whats wrong with the product , but they disappeared again , i thank god i have 160k on instagram and an audience to let them know and remove these scammers from the market
