Extremely bad service. Contacted them in the morning to place and order and find out about shipping, was told would get an email within minutes. Hours passed and no email. Contacted them again and was told the sales man a Bradley Rider had gone for lunch and would send an email on his return at 1400 hours. Completely ignored my order and thought of his interests first. Then at 14.44 i contacted them again asking for the email, the person said he would chase him. At 15.05 got an email from Bradley saying apologies for the delay and by the way the item is out of stock and would contact the manufacturer to find out when is on stock. So it took him hours to eventually tell me they don't have the item they advertise on their site for sale in stock. Shocking.

My experience with Production gear was fantastic! Steven was supper quick to reply to my query via email. The product was dispatched soon after the purchase and arrived the next business day very well packed. Would definitely recommend this company and I would also use them in a future if I need any camera gear.

Ordered a relatively small item, a camera rain cover, which was showing as in stock, on 31st October, paid £10 for DPD tracked delivery, despite 2 emails I still haven't received anything and it's now the 13th November, shocking service and I won't be returning. Will wait a few more days before filing a chargeback.

Bradley from Production Gear was immediately in touch with me via e-mail after I submitted my order. I had placed an order for multiple items - in order to customise an Easyrig Minimax with a quick release. Bradley had noticed the items I had ordered and actually recommended that there was a preconfigured Easyrig available and asked if I would like to swap out the items for the preconfigured version. This was really a win for me. I saved a little money and not only that Bradley suggested that for the shipping option I had selected that the rig wouldn't arrive until Monday (3 days and also crucially the day I left for shoot), so asked if I would like it delivered for the same price next day on the Saturday.

Overall, I couldn't be more pleased at the customer support, the quick responses via e-mail and the fact that instead of the company making a little bit more money on my hasty purchase, they noticed that what I ordered might not be the best option for me, the customer, and recommended me a cheaper + easier alternative.

I've purchased the odd item from Production Gear in the past, but I tend to spread out my kit purchases across a bunch of options in the UK, but I do feel much more inclined to use Production Gear as my go to after the awesome experience this time.

Excellent customer service, immediate response and I was able to have a solution provided. Highly recommend for all production needs.

This purchase was a pre order for a Kupo Low Mighty stand and a set of Kupo casters. As soon as the Kupo stand arrived they shipped out which was on the friday and I received the package on the saturday afternoon. The Kupo Low mighty is an excellent quality very sturdy piece of kit and the casters are smooooth.Really good price and good value.

Steven and Bradley were kind enough to spend time for me to come over to their work premises to educate me on easyrig and also get the correct fitting and arm for me.
