Card dispute incoming seems like fraud can not upload files
This is a fraud, customers comaplaing that downloading does notwork. They quit answering to mails when going gets tough. They are completely unhelpulful and stole my money and waisted my time, multiplehours. Now my card information is in criminals use and my card is adject to use by criminals.Also they asked me download programs, so they might have took over my computer.

Hi,
The license will not activate from Windows 10 to Windows 11.
You need to upgrade directly inside your system (Update center).
You can also do a clean installation from the guide provided in the order confirmation.

Was not able to indtal the product at all and the conection to remote installstion couldn't be set up so I cancelled the order and ordered the product directly fron Microsoft and installation went smoothly.
