Did not like that I had to mail back…
Did not like that I had to mail back telling them that the first key was sent to me not worked.
Finally they sent me a new one...
Dispite all the above we had Great communication and the problem was solved.

unavailable feature
I got microsoft office 2024 standard, because I wanted to be able to use greek dictation in microsoft word. Unfortunately after installing it, I realised that this feature was not available, so I had to buy office 365 on top of that

Problematic licence
I bought a licence for Offce and the key was wrong
After communication with the support they send me a new key .
I made the installation and the program works for two days. After it asked for renewal the licence

Anyway, the great thing, at the end, was that I had a refund of the total amount which was pretty much appreciated. 🙏

Downloaded Microsoft Office 2021 Professional Plus (PC) - Retail but it never worked. When I tried to install it always popped up a message saying that I already had Office installed when there was no office installed on my pc, only Libre Office.
