The program and license are fine. I am using Mac OS Tahoe and even though I turn off Microsoft update notifications on my system, the system still says that I need to turn on Microsoft Updater on my system. I can't update because I would lose my license. What should I do?

The product worked properly for a month. After 1 month, Office asked for the product key again, but of course it couldn't be used because it's a one-time use key.
I assume that this is just an exceptional situation, as I accidentally purchased this product under a different name (an older version) and it works without errors.
