Merel was very helpful & patient helping us choose a new sofa and all the extras we wanted. We didn't make it easy for her but she worked closely with us and made suggestions to help us get exactly what we wanted.

We purchased the sofa in mid-April 2026. It was ready for delivery in late August. We had a lot of custom choices which is why it took as long as it did.

The service was amazing. Special thanks to Paola who consulted us on every detail.

A casual visit to the store at Almere turned out to be a very pleasant and positive one with the friendly assistance of Paola. She was extremely knowledgeable and was prompt and detailed in answering our questions and addressing the requirements. Nice showroom with beautiful products. Highly recommended!

Excellent. Went to the Sliedrecht shop today to look at sofas. We were warmly greeted by Ingeborg as soon as we entered the shop. Ingeborg was friendly ,knowledgeable and advised and helped us
with our choices !We bought 2 lovely sofas for our new home!Definitely recommend 🙂

Worst customer service I have ever experienced.
Bought a sofa in December and waited 11 weeks for the delivery. When it arrived, the legs were missing. They said they will send them within 1-2 weeks. But now they are saying they will arrive in week 14 (beginning of April), which means 6 weeks after the sofa arrived. No compensation of any sort is given.
I have family coming over and staying at my place and my living room is basically unusable with an unassembled sofa in the middle of it.
Sofa is nice, but definitely not worth this hassle

Edit 26/03/24: after a 4 week wait two out of three missing legs were delivered. The person replying to my email was even making fun of me for not being fluent in Dutch. Unbelievable!
Don't buy in this place. Their customer service is not only very poor but they also discriminate international customers.

First of all Shirley was a gem, very helpful, knowledgeable and with a big focus on quality and service. Next to that the whole experience was great, the showroom was open and clean and the diversity of furniture and accessories was great for a very good price.

We spent almost full day to finalize sofa, coffee table , dining table and Chairs from the Utrecht store with the help of Ms. Kinga
We found her really helpful and a person who gave us honest opinion about the items. Suggested the quality and how value & life of products can be increased. She spent a lot of time with us designing sofas on paper and explain in simplest way so we could make better decision. We have searched almost all shops in this area but somewhere quality is not good or it’s expensive.
But at this store, we got good items in reasonable price and valuable advice to save delivery costs by hiring transporter offered by store which is a very good option and money saving.
We do admire Ms. Kinga for her gratitude and customer centric approach🙏
Though sofa is going to take almost 3 months to get ready for pick up, i would advice to take measures to reduce waiting time.

Yesterday we bought our first furniture for our first home in the Netherlands. Maud made us feel really special by taking time for us and really listening to our wishes. We would recommand buying your home furniture there! Very friendly people!

We had great experience at Profijt Meubel. Thomas was very helpful to explain the furniture and nice stuff at the store. We highly recommend to visit here where staff is very nice and friendly.

Support reached out to us and apologized for the problem. They said there was some issue with sending a refund. I updated one start review to a four-star review.

I made an order from an online shop and after a short time, I canceled the order. It was already more than one month but we didn't get our money back. It is impossible to find some contact number on the webshop, when we directly call shop they also don't take ownership and not helping. I don't understand how difficult it can be to simply refund our money without sending me to each other. This is my order number #000021999 please contact me.
