When it came time to pay the bill
When it came time to pay the bill, things went wrong. Paying with a Bunq Mastercard was not an option, and I was told to go get cash. Transferring via the bank wasn't possible because the invoice had already been issued, which is complete nonsense. After a brief discussion, the man wanted to take my car keys, putting me in a difficult situation. I intervened, stating that this was unacceptable and insisted on paying via a bank transfer.
The man working there also started raising his voice to make some sort of impression on me, which prompted a negative response from me.
After a frustrating fifteen minutes of arguing, they finally allowed me to pay through a bank transfer using the same invoice, pointing to the IBAN number at the bottom.
The man was also short with me when making the appointment, suggesting they are not very customer-friendly. This is in stark contrast to the mechanics who work there, who are both professional and friendly.

Toen het tijd was om de rekening te betalen, ging het mis. Betalen met een Bunq Mastercard was geen optie, en ik werd verteld dat ik maar contant geld moest gaan halen. Overschrijven via de bank was niet mogelijk omdat de factuur al gemaakt zou zijn, wat complete onzin is. Na een korte discussie wilde de man mijn autosleutels pakken, wat mij in een lastige situatie bracht. Ik greep in en gaf aan dat dit onacceptabel was en stond erop via een bankoverschrijving te betalen.
De man begon ook zijn stem te verheffen om een soort indruk op mij te maken, wat een negatieve reactie van mij uitlokte.
Na vijftien frustrerende minuten discussiëren, lieten ze me uiteindelijk via een bankoverschrijving betalen met dezelfde factuur, waarbij hij naar het IBAN-nummer onderaan wees.
De man was ook kortaf toen ik de afspraak maakte, wat suggereert dat ze niet erg klantvriendelijk zijn. Dit staat in schril contrast met de monteurs die daar werken, die zowel professioneel als vriendelijk zijn.
