Not for TPMS sensors installations: too technical!
I have asked for a simple service, to install 4 TPMS (Tyre Pressure) sensors on my car. I have made some research: only BMW certified models (which I have purchased) work on the car. Profile insisted to charge me EUR 200 for their own sensors, 200 for labor and 50 for use of the TPMS machine (really?!). The result, after 3 visits: sensors dont work and I am down EUR 450. A terrible experience, My advice: dont pay the bill before you make sure everything works.

Unprompted review
Not a full information at the beginning
I was told that the all the filters will be replaced and quote was given but only cabit filter was replaced for the full price. When i asked them why not they said that they only have cabit filter. I would have liked to know that before I give the car.

Vervelend dat u niet tevreden bent. Misschien is het ook wel een miscommunicatie. Wij hebben u vooraf een offerte gegeven, waarop duidelijk stond dat wij 1 filter zouden vervangen. Een Tesla heeft namelijk alleen een interieurfilter. Vanaf het begin hebben wij dit dus zo gecommuniceerd. Het is voor ons niet duidelijk welke andere filters u verder dan bedoeld. Hopelijk hebben wij het zo goed uitgelegd en bent u verder tevreden over de werkzaamheden die wij hebben uitgevoerd.

How unpleasant that you are not satisfied. Perhaps it is also a miscommunication. We gave you a quote in advance, which clearly stated that we would replace 1 filter. This is because a Tesla only has an interior filter. So from the beginning we communicated this as such. It is not clear to us which other filters you meant. Hopefully we have explained it well and you are satisfied with the work we have done.

Everything was perfect
Everything was perfect. I could drink a cup of coffee and you took care about my car and replacing the tires. Everything went well and smooth. Afterwards the car was waiting on me in front of the door, replaced tires was nicely packed in my trunk. Thank you guys.
