Outstanding service. After days of problems and delays elsewhere, including struggles with online orders and incomplete deliveries, Profile managed to do what seemed impossible: they sourced my missing tyre within one hour and mounted it immediately.
Thanks to their professionalism and efficiency, I was able to leave on holiday as planned. I honestly doubt that many places within a 50 km radius could have handled this situation so quickly and effectively.
Clear communication, fast action, and a real customer-first attitude. This is how service should be done. Highly recommended.

One of the few profile centers trying their best to serve clients. A week before Christmas they did miracle to find tyres for me and squeezed in the time slot for the change.
The day we agreed to change tires back from winter to summer was code orange due to cold and snow. The profile Leiden gave as a rent extension of a few days without extra charge. Unexpected and very important for us. Thank you!
