I recently 05/12/2024 had the unfortunate experience of visiting Profile Tires in Lelystad, and I can confidently say it was the worst service I’ve ever encountered. The staff, particularly the front desk operator, was extremely unhelpful, unprofessional, and downright rude. There was no willingness to go the extra mile to assist me a s a client in need, which is the bare minimum I expect from any service provider.
After being met with this shocking level of disrespect and apathy, I decided to take my business elsewhere. Thankfully, the other service provider I visited delivered outstanding service, highlighting just how far Profile Tires falls short.
It’s clear that customer service is not a priority here. I strongly recommend that front desk receives proper training on how to interact with clients because this experience was completely unacceptable.
I will never use Profile Tires again and would advise others to look elsewhere if they value respectful and professional service.
