Everything that Laurie Austin has written is accurate.
My experience was similar and was not able to transfer any of the cripto I invested or the gains from this platform to another.
I ended up loosing access as my account and it appears to have been removed. Upon requesting an account validation, I was told to create a new account and to retrieve the ballance of the other?
Nope, nothing about this experience is legitimate in my opinion.

I would actually give this company a ZERO in reviews
I would actually give this company a zero if possible. They have a supposedly expert trader that is posing as Coach JV. He talked me into moving my crypto over to ProFinex and told me to copy his trades (shown as Coach JV). When he started getting very aggressive and demanding that I move all my crypto and buy more, I started getting questionable as this is not how Coach JV comes across in his videos. When I canceled my copying of his trades, he became angry and started ridiculing me. I tried to withdraw my money from ProFinex but they would not release it and now they have canceled my account and have kept my crypto. Do not use this company they are a scam. No telephone numbers and support does not help you.
