Really going the extra mile to get everything working. The tool itself is wonderful and customer service is top class.

We implemented the Profitmetrics service with the goal of improving the profitability of our Google Ads in particular. We already had approximately 10 years of experience in Ads advertising. After three months of data collection, the campaigns were switched to optimize based on Profitmetrics’ margin-based revenue.

Unfortunately, in our case this did not lead to increased profitability or sales. Over a two-month period, advertising costs increased, ROAS declined, and contribution margin dropped by approximately 20–30%.
The two-month trial period using Profitmetrics’ margin-based revenue target ended up costing us at least €10,000 in lost sales, service fees, and increased advertising costs.

I recommend carefully evaluating your own situation if your company’s POAS is already in the 2.5–3.5 range.

Their customer service is extremely friendly and fast, and for that they deserve full marks.

I would highly reccomend profitmetrics. All from their onboarding support to product and features!:)

The ability to get server side conversion tracking that counts more accurately and get POAS (profit on ad spend) is something I think all ecommerce stores should have in focus.

Issue with data disrepancy's affecting our ad account and support doesn't really seem to see it as a big issue.

It is their number 1 responsibility to keep the data accurate and assist in any issue's, especially with their expensive pricing and they just do not answer all the questions and only do the minimum required.
