Hiring Profit Plus was one of the best decisions I have made for MC Flooring & Tile.
I had already spent a lot of money on SEO, Google, Angie’s List, Nextdoor, and other advertising, so I definitely had my doubts. Then I saw one of their testimonials on Facebook. As a longtime flooring installer and tile setter, I pay attention to details. I looked at the guy’s hands and saw what we call “gorilla knuckles.” If you are an installer, you know exactly what I mean. That told me he was the real deal.
I did my research, spoke directly with the company from the testimonial, and confirmed that everything he said was legitimate. Their sales really had doubled. That convinced me to give Soroush and Profit Plus a chance. I figured if they brought me one good job, it would pay for itself.
Now they are keeping me almost too busy, and I mean that in the best way possible. I have crews working for me, I am selling more flooring material than I ever expected, and our showroom is getting ready to fully open. Their team books real appointments for me, and the dashboard makes it easy to track every lead. Some leads are better than others, but I have received some great customers and opportunities.
The communication has been incredible. Soroush personally answers when I need him, and his whole team stays involved. They also work exclusively with MC Flooring & Tile in the St. Louis flooring market, so I am not competing with several local companies using the same service.
I am not trying to sell anyone anything. This is simply my honest experience. Five stars all day long. If I could give Profit Plus 25 stars, I would.
