I will never deal with this garage again! Extremely unprofessional customer service.

I requested an invoice from the person handling customers on 29 August, but he forgot to send it. I followed up again on 1 September, and he told me he would send it the next day, which should have been 2 September. However, I never received anything.

After waiting almost two weeks, I followed up again today regarding this simple invoice. Instead of apologizing or taking responsibility, he called me and said that his duty was already finished and asked, “What should I do?”

My question is: What am I supposed to do as a customer? I should not have to repeatedly follow up for something that was already promised and should have been handled properly in the first place.

What is even more disappointing is the attitude and the way he responded to a customer. This is extremely unprofessional and unacceptable customer service.

You have already lost one customer because of this experience, and if this kind of attitude and service continues, I am sure you will lose many more.

The management should seriously look into how customers are being handled and trained by the staff.

I have been using this garage for several years, and in my experience, it is the most honest and reliable garage I have encountered. They employ highly trained technicians who use up-to-date diagnostic tools, ensuring accurate assessments. Their team is very professional and dedicated to thoroughly addressing all mechanical issues, from minor repairs to complex engine problems, consistently striving to satisfy their customers.

This workshop is built with the latest equipment. The Technical team is very friendly & suggestive. They have refurbished my car on my budget. I really appreciate their effort
