Now where I find Proforma stand out is due to Black Friday delivery didnt entirely go to plan as the Royal Mail service "misplaced" my product. I informed Proforma and no questions asked due to tracking reflecting the issue they issued a replacement free of charge although it wasnt their issue / fault at all.
