My package still hasn't arrived
My package still hasn't arrived! Granted it's not griffe's fault but the courier but why work with SDA who is known to be a bad courier? Then, there's not much help from Griffe to find out what happened to my package. It says that it will be delivered to a poste office because they failed to deliver the package twice (even though the destination is a poste locker) and I went to the poste and it's not there. It makes 0 sense and I have been waiting for almost a month now....... I asked for a refund and was told to just be patient. Maladetti.

Comprendiamo perfettamente il disagio, ma come spiegato dal nostro Servizio Clienti, dopo due tentativi vani di consegna per destinatario assente, ci comunicano che il suo pacco è in giacenza presso un ufficio postale.
Stiamo attualmente verificando il motivo per cui, recandosi alle poste, le dicono che non il suo pacco non è disponibile.
Purtroppo le tempistiche di verifica in questo periodo sono più lunghe del previsto.
