Appointment booked for 08:00 21/08/2023 engineer had not arrived by 08:25 left a message on the answering machine, no reply until 09:20 a call apologising no record of the appointment but I had two emails 1) confirming the appointment and 2) confirming the price. Dreadful service, unreliable. Would not recommend or consider using this company in future
Prompt and friendly engineer, who serviced our boiler and gave instructions on use of thermostat in a lovely manner. Always feel at ease with their engineers. Would recommend to anyone.
