Won't payout as promised
Customer service takes forever to respond and then only gives canned responses saying that my payout is being reviewed and I'm "in good hands." My payout request has been rejected every single time with no explanation (5 times), despite my multiple attempts to contact them over email and through the app. This has been going on for over two months now, and they have yet to respond to my email after directing me to email them. They owe me $185.50 in earned rewards.
