So far so good. Still learning to understand how this all works but seems decent
So far so good, need a few more days before cashing out but will review again once that happens

Awful - scam
Awful. I have played for months… sent my passport, requested a simple payout of 12 to Paypal… wait a week, rejected, wait another week rejected, now in manual review for a week apparently however it’s now been months to the point they owed me £70. Sent several emails, ignored sent several online tickets ignored and today when I have went in to check for a response they appear to have closed my account instead of responding or paying out. I use a lot of these apps and receive PayPal payouts daily. There is no reason for any of this. I can only suggest scam site. The worst pay to play app…. Don’t waste your time … update… after reviewing complaints procedure they have breached their own … you CAN log an ombudsman complaint if its payment related which is exactly what i have now done

Lack of customer service would not recommend
It’s been almost 2 weeks since I redeemed My Balance to PayPal and still have not received anything and it says it may take up to eight days. Well it’s been two weeks since still nothing. I’ve sent several messages to these people and they don’t respond and I’ve sent several messages. Still no response. I think me verifying my ID was for their benefit because in all reality obviously they don’t cash you out I would not recommend this app to anyone.

The games are fun
The games are fun, but time consuming. I have been playing a month and have not received a cent. Keeps telling me payout is under review, and will have an answer in a week, well that was 20 days ago. Still nothing. Not happy that I wasted my time.

Can’t withdraw my money earned
I have $200 in my account that I would like to withdraw but they haven’t answered me and my case has been in teacher for over 6 weeks! I’m starting to think this is a scam. I’ve been using freecash and have had no problem and payout was within the week.
