Prograd Reviews

I have been playing games off this app for 27 days and it’s so easy to use. I’m actually happy I came across this app. Only thing is it takes 8 days to cash out money I wish it would hit the account sooner but besides that it’s really an amazing app.

Good game choice

Easily earn quick and entertaining as well

Incredible app! This is a great way to play and earn. Highly recommend.

I am writing this review to express my deep frustration with Prograd’s customer service and operational practices.
After dedicating significant time and effort to accumulate a balance on the platform, my payout was blocked and my account was abruptly deleted without prior warning or reasonable recourse. The reason given was an allegation that I was using a Virtual Private Network (VPN).
This allegation is completely untrue. At no point during my usage of the app did I utilize a VPN or proxy service to bypass location protocols or manipulate system metrics. When I reached out to customer support to challenge this decision and requested technical evidence or logs to support their claim, Prograd failed to provide any proof whatsoever. They simply closed my account, erased my access, and retained my earned balance.
It appears that automated fraud-detection systems are flagging legitimate users, following which the company uses unsubstantiated compliance claims to withhold earned rewards and delete profiles. This complete lack of transparency, combined with the forfeiture of accrued funds without substantiation, raises serious questions regarding the fairness and legitimacy of their business model.
A customer support process that refuses to demonstrate proof while confiscating earned balances is entirely unacceptable. I strongly advise prospective users to exercise caution before investing time into this app.

Great a lot of games

Brilliant game, very satisfying!

Absolute scam, earned over £350 before cashout kept crashing and then when I ask about missing tracked games their response was to make up some excuse that I hadn’t played correctly but that they can’t go into details about what was wrong. They’ve now made it that when I try to login in, it says there’s a problem and I can click to delete my account which of course will delete all record of the account so they can deny accountability for being such a scam.

Brilliant very good pass time

Very easy to earn and fun game selection too!

This is pretty fun app, the games on here are so addicting, haven’t gotten to my first pay out yet, first pay out is when u get to $21.13 and I’ll come back and write another review if it actually works but even without the payout the games are fun!!!

Great way to make money, if you enjoying games on your phone. Easy to set up!

Excellent app does what it’s meant to

I am loving this app, I earned around 15 in the first day .. nice time "killer" with the added benefit of making money at the same time!

I would leave -5 stars if I could... I have £325 worth of earnings in my account, and I have had my payout rejected TWELVE times with zero explanation. I have emailed them to their appeals mailbox 6 times and not had a reply. Do not waste your time with this, seems good on first glance but dont be fooled!

Avoid. Was playing through games and got £59. When started had emails like review the game and friendly encouragement to play on etc. When wanted to withdraw money end of August, told under review be seven days. That failed so requested another. Yeah seven days, heard nothing for a month despite emails to them etc. Came back couple weeks ago oh been busy with enquiries we will escalate yours. Heard nothing for couple more weeks until yesterday where got an email saying they found suspicious activity on my account that violates their t and c's but for security reasons can't tell me what they was. Also account restricted, and they stand by their decision. Can't log into my account now so have emailed twice asking for an explanation. Was happy for me to play on and spend tiny sums of money though. I'll personally avoid this like the plague and go somewhere like freecash.

Can accumulate cash pretty quickly. I haven't made a payout yet but I do think this app is legit.

I spent hours playing the games and earning money but my withdrawal has been in review for about a month now, I’m getting no response from my emails so it’s starting to look like this is yet another scam site, I would recommend that nobody downloads this app, they say payment within 7 days but in reality you don’t get paid at all.

Very straight forward and easy to use

Good for slow burner money
