Yeah, it was not worth it. I bought a lifetime (in practice it's ~40 years) access for 6.99, and it's not worth it. I finished a Data Science diploma (which I can't even download OR verify) and material was just straight garbage. At least - AT LEAST - it's not a scam and I did receive learning material. Shame that the material is lackluster. Grammatical errors, information given by Captain Obvious and stuff like that. Overall, would not recommend

Customer service horrible! Take days to get back with you! Bought the lifetime package, which allows all courses to be unlocked, but went to do a course and it told me I have to buy another lifetime membership! They told me I needed the lifetime with the main app, which I did and sent screenshots, and then told me that I needed to buy it for that course. No no no!!! That's not what you said before! Don't waste your time or money on them!!!

Obviously fake 5 star reviews, predatory and incessant FOMO push notifications with limited time "deals". They just don't stop, EVER. Stay far, FAR away from this app and company.

I have been a pro member since 2022. I see the web app is having technical issues with google logins. idk why. I reported the technical errors to programminghub so they can fix it but I am using the app to progress. Programming hub seems to be having a lot of issues and users are complaining about poor quality. Believe it or not. the way I see it is they may be short staffed and the adding of content is also slow. If it was a scam, I would still be billed each month. I got the full version from the app 250 zar- 95% off. One thing is does worry me is if I one day need to delete my information, I cant seem to do that.

i am really also willing to help them fix this broken looking content. If they are scammers the hunters will pull the site down eventually. If they are not scammers and seek to help the world, don't expect the app to be perfect. Even Udemy has its own event based issues where I also shared technical errors and it got fixed too.

We are human and AI is just getting started with us. I did react.js, sass, python, ethical hacking etc. The images are hard to read and the voice reading bot is boring but the job is done good. The way the content needs to be displayed is a bit distorted for smaller and larger screens.
Do you think ChatGPT can also make mistakes like programminghub in terms of having perfect coures? of course it can,in fact, open AI even says so in below the submit area where you text your prompt.

Human and AI need to be friends and collaborate in this matter.

I fell for the marketing gimmick and bought the pro subscription way back, thinking it would actually provide knowledge. Forget about the certificates that aren't worth a dime. The content isn't good either and just has basics that won't even use the correct terminology. I regretted soon after.....Saw the app on playstore now and installed again just to see how it is now and made time just to write a rant review. Recommended only for 8 to 10 year olds.

AVOID! Untrusty app, malfunctioning and bad support!
I have installed the app out of curiosity. After receiving a very generous offer to buy the UNLIMITED PRO at aprox. 4$, I decided to accept it. After payment, the PRO activated, just to find out after a couple of hours that it is not working anymore. App is freezing at startup, freezing at sync account even in free mode!!! Reinstalled it on several devices: same problem! NO ANSWER FROM SUPPORT, even after sending several email with all the necessary payment proof! AVOID!!! This would be an inappropriate choice even if free! Think about the reliability of a teaching platform that does not work itself!!!

I'd say App is preety good for learning Fundementals, but it's what it is. Preety good to learn, bad way of over advertising. For 10-20$ its worth i'd say.

Poor content, no option to delete account.

The English used in the app appears to have been written hastily by someone not proficient in the language. The UI and UX are abysmal, I don't know how any of their services made it to the Play Store.

The 5 star reviews are likely fake. The only thing I'm recommending about this is to avoid it completely.

I keep getting hard sell marketing from Programming Hub, "This offer is only available for the next 15 minutes" and such. I don't like those techniques and I don't trust organisations that employ hard selling methods. I deleted the app.

Very buggy experience and poor content. Would only be useful for children under the age of 15. Also, a lot of fake 5 star reviews on here.

This is my review following the completion of the Data Science Course on programminghub.io.

To be honest, I am quite disappointed with the overall experience. Despite putting in the effort to complete the course, I encountered a significant hurdle when it came to obtaining the course certificate. It turns out that a subscription is required prior to being eligible for the certificate. This information was not clearly communicated at the beginning, and it feels rather misleading. It's disheartening to realize that what seemed like a free course ultimately requires a subscription fee for certification.

Furthermore, the quality of the course itself left much to be desired. The content felt overly simplistic, lacking the depth I was hoping for in a Data Science course. In fact, a quick Google search provides similar introductory-level information that's freely available. This course seemed to cater to a very basic level, which was quite disappointing considering the potential complexity of the subject matter.

In light of my experience, I hope that the platform addresses these issues for future learners. Clarity about subscription requirements and an elevated course standard would greatly enhance the learning journey.
