So here’s an add on concerning the site that was built for me.

As well as the problems and frustration faced with Progressive Media & Design actually building a site.
I have since been working with another development company that are a trustworthy professional outfit, who tell me that this site made by them is a piece of junk!
It will never get any higher than page three on Google, no matter how much I spend on SEO because there are so many issues and broken links.
It’s generally badly put together and doesn’t make it easy for visitors to actually purchase anything.
In fact they completely slated the site.
You would have hoped that a company that builds websites for a living would have made a better job, but this wasn’t the case!
I’m now having to have the site rebuilt which is an expense I could do without.

I’ve been in business for 38 years and can’t remember receiving a less professional service than I have had from Progressive Media & Design.

I would seriously consider looking elsewhere!

Progressive Media designed a website for me which has been a pain from start to finish.

It took an absolute age for them to actually deliver the site and to be honest, it's still not finished.

I had to constantly chase them at every step of the way.

I asked for a site that would be very easy for me to edit, this wasn't really the case.
I was also promised step-by-step guides on how to actually edit the site, these and have never materialised.

I found the whole process to be very frustrating, it seemed as though they didn't take notice of what I was actually asking for and so I spent a lot of time repeating, resending and chasing.

They talk a great game but in reality the delivery is sloppy at best!

I’m really impressed with the new website Progressive Media & Design built for my percussion company. The team were friendly, helpful, and kept me updated every step of the way. The finished website is clean, professional, and exactly what I was looking for. They made the whole process simple and stress-free, and I can already see the difference it’s making for my business.
