Ordered for Christmas

Ordered for Christmas, order did not arrive, chased a refund twice. First chase they advised they were busy over Christmas but the order will arrive. Second chase in February, no answer. Requested a refund, no reply never given. They took my money and never sent my product, avoid them.

Disgusted and disappointed!!.

I made my order of a £50 mystery box as they said they was closing down. I ordered mine minutes after they announced these closing down boxes. After 8 days with no change on the order status, I made a comment on TikTok but was ignored so I emailed them instead. I got a very condescending reply stating that they was currently away on holiday but the team was busy and all orders had a 10 day delivery on them. They finished that email by stating they wouldn't respond to any other emails till they return from holiday. I waited again and they after 11 days, I sent them a DM on TikTok...ignored, I commented twice....ignored and still the order was still only saying "order made". Then 15 days after I made my order, I emailed them at 10pm telling them that I understand they may be busy but to not hear anything isn't every fair. I then get an email at 5am saying the order has been dispatched. I received it today, 19 days after I ordered and to be honest, I'd have preferred my money back. It's got 4 pickles, 3 out of date drinks (1 of them was EIGHT MONTHS out of date), 3 freeze dried, crushed items, 2 milky bar choos (7 months out of date), a small pick & mix, out of date Takis, a bunch of different sour sweets things (mostly out of date) and 4 out of date fruit roll ups. When I made my order, I left them a lovely note wishing them well on what they do next. My emails said the same thing, I was kind, understanding and didn't once react negatively. I'm absolutely shocked, disgusted and disappointed in the whole process of this disaster of an order. I can now see why they're going out of business. I wonder if they'd feed 8 months out of date drinks and snacks to their own kids, family or even eat them themselves? I think we all know the answer to that don't we?. I only wish I'd seen these reviews before I ordered but I genuinely believed they was a decent place, I was wrong.

I should have checked the reviews…

I should have checked the reviews before I ordered. Got delivered out of date drinks from last year messaged quite a few times to be ignored. Also deleted my comment on a TikTok video explaining this. Will never order from here again. I think I’ll start ordering from candy works instead.

Order never delivered and no communication. We've requested a refund so it'll be interesting to know whether we get a response. How are they still operating?

AWFUL company

AWFUL company. I ordered from the website and had email confirmation and they took my money, then I didn’t hear anything else, a week passed by and still no dispatch email or anything to say where my order was. I tried contacting via PayPal, Facebook, TikTok, email etc and NO RESPONSE. Still over a week later I haven’t heard anything and haven’t received my order. Do not order from this company, they will take your money and not send you the items! Disgusting!

Scam.

It’s been over 2 weeks and my order has still not been sent. It took them 5 days to respond to my email which was absolutely pointless and unhelpful anyway. I’ve requested a refund twice but no response.

Absolutely appalling service

Absolutely appalling service, I placed my order, had no confirmation or the order or delivery information as was promised. I waited 10 days then chased up the order - the response I got was bordering on rude and basically said they are busy and to wait. I did and still nothing so after another week I emailed again to be told that my order had been delivered - it had not. They then provided me with evri tracking and the ‘proof of delivery’ was a photo from the inside of the drivers car. I raised the valid point that this was NOT proof of delivery. They said they would raise it with evri and ignored my request for a refund. I have chased them and chased them (we are not nearly TWO MONTHS) from original order and their current method of ‘customer service’ is to ignore my emails entirely. Do not touch this company with a barge pole they have no concept of customer care and will take your money then just point blank ignore you - I accept that the fault lies with evri not delivering the package HOWEVER my contract is with project candy not evri the onus is on them to refund me and they have to deal with evri if they didn’t use such a rubbish delivery company they possibly wouldn’t have issues like this……
