Really enjoyed the Change Management course - provided some extremely useful and practical information that will be able to apply in my role. Trainer was excellent!

Good overview of Agile & Change in the beginning, so it were could start with common terminology. Templates were easy to follow, and it did allow me to better understand how we can potentially apply change within our environment.

The exercise at the end, while valuable, felt like it was a bit rushed for some of our team. I think it is good to apply the learnings, but potentially need a bit more time, and coaching through the exercise.

Really great course, helped consolidate my experience and give me some great ideas for next project. Knowledgeable and experienced instructor helped understanding with real world examples.

It was great to attend a course focused on tactical Agile OCM delivery - very useful templates.

I found the course very valuable. It reminded me of the fundamentals of Agile and I learnt a few techniques that I will implement on my current project such as :
- Create my change strategy using user stories
- Create a rapid stakeholder impact analysis
- Use a voting system to help determine priorities
- Having useful metrics

Thankyou for providing an amazing virtual training experience given the COVID-19 environment. Change Management training was very informative, and having the opportunity to complete exercises and revision really helped preparing for the exam. The Change Management Handbook is now my 'go to' for hints and tips of change activities. Team at project laneway was always approachable and responded to my concerns straightaway. I would recommend project-laneway to my colleagues and friends.

I greatly enjoyed the Change Management Foundation and Practitioner course from Project Laneways. Dan is a great teacher, even with online delivery of the course!

I am extremely pleased with this course (both Foundation and Practitioner). I found it comprehensive in preparing me to operate at a high caliber as a change professional. Dan balanced teaching the theoretical and practical application of change practices perfectly. Dan's deep experience was shared, backed by real invaluable experiences. Attending was such a unique opportunity to give meaning to concepts and words from the textbook. Dan also provided the best preparation for the exams I have encountered, practically guaranteeing success. Any questions I had along the way were given consideration.

Excellent course. Dan was a very professional trainer and his related stories are very powerful. Good opportunities to interact with other participants .
As it was entirely presented on line, I just found sitting in front of a screen for hours on end was a bit tiring.More intermittent and frequent breaks resolved that on the last day.

I registered to participate in the Change Management Course in April 2020. During this time, the COVID19 epidemic took charge, and the future of this course was looking questionable.

Keeping me continuously informed, the Project Laneways team were able to promptly find a solution and move the class to an online live platform which was highly interactive, accessible and social. Dan Skelsey displayed a passion for the topics he taught backed by experience and sensible guidance, thank-you Dan and Kate for being amazing.

I recently completed the Change Management - foundation and practitioner courses and found both a great experience. Great mix of theory and practical knowledge. Dan the facilitator was engaging and knowledgeable on the topic. Dan shared details and learning from many relevant past change project he had lead, which really support the theory, helping it to come to life. It was also great working in a group environment to share our own experiences and hear about the tools and ticks other organisations use to manage change. The exams also further embedded learning for me.

This is a great course, giving heaps of the theory plus practical tips for the real world. I found Dan to be a very good instructor which made the exam (relatively!) straight forward.

Very good course overall in terms of content, structure and delivery by experienced instructor - highly recommend for anyone interested in foundations in agile PM.

The course was very informative and went into great detail. The activities and discussion provided especially good engagement and understanding of the various topics presented. This course certainly supplemented my experience and I look forward to implementing my learnings in my organisation.
