Shipping takes forever
The jewelry is sick, if only it was shipped. It was promised to ship in 4 weeks but it has been 11 weeks. Many promises have been made about the shipping and none were kept. Many people have raised concern about this in the brand's comment sections, however the brand has began deleting such comments.
There are many people who have received their order, but don't take the brand's word on the shipping times (unless they have reformed their shipping process). I'm still looking forward to receiving my jewelry, but the major delay and constant lies about shipping doesn't incentivize me to continue supporting the brand. I truly hope they can fix this so I can feel better supporting them in the future.
