Toppings and icing was really good
Toppings and icing was really good. Freshness of the donut I will give 7/10. I got the Caramel Cartel box, 2 are meant to have "centre filled" donuts. I didn't have one. All in all not a very good experience.

A delay with DPD...and now no delivery to N.Ireland
Ordered in the new year with a promo code for delivery on January 21st to take to a friend's party. I was in charge of bringing desserts. And I ordered from Project Doughnut 3 times before and had 5* experiences. Unfortunately, a delay in DPD meant they never arrived until the day after so I to buy more desserts for the party. Then I had a load of doughnuts that were not the freshest and very few in my house to share them with. It wasn't Project Doughnut's fault, they dispatched on time.
It was DPD but I was just put to extra expense on the longest month of the year, having to buy more desserts. I did divide the doughnuts out to family when then arrived and a 10 sec blast in a microwave did soften up the doughnut.
Update...the lovely customer services team were in touch and offered a part reimbursement which was a lovely gesture but I don't feel it is necessary...and I don't want to share bank details via email.
Then I heard the disappointing news that Project Doughnuts will no longer be delivering to N.Ireland because of heavy surcharges. I totally get it...I know another Doughnut postal service that charges £22 for delivery with DPD to N.Ireland which is ridiculous!
Thanks Project Doughnut for at least letting me get 4 orders in. I loved your product. My review is just a reflection of your chosen delivery service.

Tasted as good as they looked
Had 2 boxes delivered to my brother and his family to help keep their spirits up while they isolated and certainly worked, if the picture I got of my nephew with them is anything to go by! Huge donuts and tasted as good as they looked, apparently.

I was not impressed with freshness
I was not impressed with freshness, also for this price I would expect it to be better.
My daughter wanted them for her birthday instead of cake 🎂 and like me she was disappointed.

AMAZING vegan donuts!!
The vegan donut selection was INCREDIBLE and really great value compared to other companies. They arrived on time, beautifully packaged and they were just so light and fluffy!!
