good in organizing tasks
Usability for invited members is terrible
Usability is terrible. I was INVITED as a member to a project ... but the first screen is for me to create a project. When someone is invited, use the link to bypass that step. Then make it easy to create a project from the dashboard.

ProjectManager review
While ProjectManager is a good tool, I have reached out numerous times to client support for guidance. I find it extremely frustrating to actively pay for a tool but when needed, don't receive the necessary support, especially after numerous attempts at contacting them. And while the application has great features, if your specific questions don't get answered, it's hard to advocate continuing to use their products.

There are a few features I would like to see added that would make the list cleaner and easier to use. 1. having subtask under the master at all times, maybe even adding a expand and close option on the subtasks. Be able to reorganize subtasks in a click and drag manner and have the option to set the master task with a yes or no if the subtasks depend on each other (one has to be done before two etc. . . ) as this feature is not easy to use on the chart side. 2. Do not calculate my workload times based on boards I can see ONLY the tasks I am assigned. Just because I can see the project does not mean I have action items within the project. 3. If I share outside of the organization please hide the "Team" tab from the guest. This has emails and personal phone numbers for all members of our company and is not for the eyes of an org member or guest viewer.

It's a great program, helping a lot in my projects and understandably and intuitive.

Why would you request a rating before I've used the system???
Why would the system ask me to "Rate your recent experience" when all I've done is create a password in order to access the link someone sent me. Not a great time to get feedback.

Worse customer service ever
Worse customer service ever. I was a student trying out the product, but didn't realized that I would be charged $375 after my trial. Yes, it was my mistake that I didn't realized that I had to call them to cancel the trial. This company does not allow you to cancel via link or email. I had to call them during the week days because they do not work on the weekend. I tried contacting them to get a refund onto my credit card, but they wouldn't refund it. I would never ever recommend this product.

I find the tool limiting
The gantt chart keeps links in place when rearranging activities, meaning that the overall schedule of the project is extended leading to a large amount of editing to bring it back to the correct overall time period of the project.
The dashboards are limited and I am not able to select my own parameters to see graphically.
The colour scheme of the dashboards are not ideal for corporate presentations - it would be good to have full colour editing available.
The folder structure is good to have, but there is not online platform for minutes, risks, project planning notes etc.

Hello, I have not used this software even once, and I have been getting charge $350 per month. Please cancel or I will report to BBB, and will report you for fraud.
