My experience with PSS began around 2001. They sold me a projector I had picked out, a Kodak if you are interested, and promptly shipped it. I was very dissatisfied with the projector and contacted PSS to see what could be done. They sent me a different make/model by FedEx so I could get it as quickly as possible and told me to send the other back when I had the chance. Remember, this was when the most basic projector was three grand. The new projector lasted for a long time and I was very satisfied.
Since then I have done business with them three other times all with the same level of wonderful service. I have recommended them many times.

"In stock" but order could not be fulfilled
Several sites had the Epson 2040 on sale. Based on reviews I decided to order thru Projector SuperStore. The website showed that it was "In stock". A few days later I received an email saying my order could not be fulfilled but they could offer a BenQ projector instead. BAIT AND SWITCH. The Epson sale was over and the price had gone up at all the other sites. So I missed out on a killer deal for the Epson. YOU SUCK Projector SuperStore!

I'm sorry you feel that the projector is too dim for your needs.
If I'm looking at the correct order, it looks like you purchased an older, used projector. The lamps fade as they age, and depending on the projector... they can too. This is partly why you paid the price you did.
If/when it's time to replace that unit with another, call in and talk to us first and we can discuss your room conditions, screen size, etc. to make sure we quote you something brighter and more to your liking next time around.

Light Bulb Moment
It has been several years since using Projector Superstore. But what I do remember are descent prices, and receiving the items when I needed them. I do remember receiving a replacement bulb that only lasted a very short period of time. I eventually got a replacement for that bulb, but it did not initially come easily.
