Take ages respond emails with no contract phone number. Emails aren't worth time reading as don't actually mean anything

Trainers were highly like to be fakes…
Trainers were highly like to be fakes produced in China (return address was in China). Still awaiting a refund, having sent the trainers back - no responses to emails over last 2 weeks.
