Terrible company, no communication from them. I ordered and paid over £400 for a pair of trainers over ten days ago (26th March 2022) Since then I have been unable to contact them. I have tried all avenues that I could find. Do not trust this company they appear to be a con.

The product arrived on time etc and all was well at first. But upon slipping the shoes (grey camo Jordan 1 mid) on, the seam at the back split in half leaving a gapping hole, and the stitching around the toe of the foot attaching the shoe to the sole has began to come away. I had informed project sneakers of the faulty goods and they refused to rectify the issue as I couldn’t return the goods in perfect condition so wasn’t eligible for a refund. I have messaged several times since to express my annoyance with the product and their initial response and they’ve proceeded to ignore me; leaving me with no refund having spent nearly £300 on what I’m beginning to think is a completely fake shoe.

Great service, will use again. Free delivery and delivered within specified time frame. Delivery updates throughout by text and email. Trainers are as described, well packaged.

WOW! They came within 12 hours. I ordered two pairs of jordans. They came the next day, will deffo be ordering from again. Love it. Well done to the workers. I love it. Reliable and good prices, I’ll be recommending to my counterparts.

Took the money for my order over a week ago. Didn’t get any update on my order so went on their online chat to ask for info, they said my order wasn’t fulfilled then got told it would be with me Thursday coming sending a screenshot of something that wasn’t my order. Then didn’t answer any of my questions after raising concerns about my order being right after being sent a screenshot of something that wasn’t what I paid.. I was ignored on their forums and Instagram and email chat which I tried. Then got a text today to say my order has been cancelled when it was a Christmas gift. Poor customer service no communication with the customer. Wouldn’t recommend buying from here as there is no reliability so your order may not come

Unfortunately, I can’t give a good review following on from my last. I wasn’t contacted at all to say they didn’t have my shoes in and I had to push for refund and only then did they tell me after a couple of days they couldn’t fulfill my order. I wouldn’t trust this company ever again and messed me around multiple times. I would give this company a miss
