Absolutely excellent experience with Project Solar
Absolutely excellent experience with the Project Solar team.
Very prompt and dependable, did what they said they will WHEN they said it.
I now have three properties done by them with a fourth one planned next week. A further two will possibly be assigned to them as well.
They were represented by several teams, all experts in their own right:
- Makram was the consultant we first interacted with. Initially we only wanted one property done but he was so helpful, so knowledgeable, so honest in his approach that we signed up for four instead of one.
- Matt the MSS scaffolder firm owner who came with crew and did an amazing structure, with due care to my garden, neighbours and neighbours' pets.
- Then came Rich and Ian the solar panels installers who again were polite, respectful, efficient and expert at doing it. They even replaced some of the broken tiles for me.
- Finally, came Max and his Apprentice Charlie, like all the others, genuinely nice, respectful professional with a mountain of expertise and knowledge. They too did a tremendous job. They even hoovered the carpets when they were done.
Absolute breath of fresh air all of them; are such professionals still about? Evidently so.
Everybody was a joy to deal with and I appreciate an excellent project done exceedingly well. Let the sun shine now and fill my batteries up.

Great team to work with
The installation process was so smooth despite a technical glitch. Matt the electrician and Kieran the roofer were superb, knew exactly what they were doing, friendly and really efficient. The guys who did the scaffolding were brilliant too.

First class service, all material delivered on time.
The installation team kept us informed of the progress of the work throughout the day.

The electrical person on site first…
The electrical person on site first installed all the necessary items (Including the batery) needed for the solar panels to progress to to my Electric system
The Solar Panel people installed them all very well connected to my batery and electric

Professional service from initial…
Professional service from initial enquiry until the perfect install. The sales guys and admin team were excellent with clear information. Communication was precise and they kept you up to date with everything. The team arrived on time and the installation went seamlessly. Engineers (Craig and Gary)were polite and friendly and left leaving the premises as it was before they arrived. If you are considering solar panels I would highly recommend Project Solar uk.

Total no-show for 11 am appointment today. Demanded both homeowners be present, chased us twice to confirm, then left us sitting for over an hour with zero communication. Totally unprofessional for a 'national' firm. Avoid.

Happy satisfied customer
The two lads Danny and Lewis that came to install the panels and ev charger were great. Very professional and friendly lads. Once everything was completed they helped to install and go through the apps for the panels and charger to understand how it all worked. Would highly recommend them.

Ricky was wonderful
Ricky was wonderful. He not only found the cause of the problem but also detected another related issue in my loft which he fixed. He also advised me on downloading the app and explained the information the app was recording. Added to that he was polite, friendly and respectful of my home, taking off outdoor shoes when he came indoors. I highly recommend him
