Mark Allen showed a great understanding of the job and recruitment process. Mark followed up closely with both me and the recruiter in order to satisfy both parties.

I have had numerous contact with Projectus over the years, looking at roles in the MedTech sector. I have always felt that the team genuinely get to know candidates - what drives them, what roles could suit them AND what businesses could be the right fit for them.

With Catherine and Jay, I have always felt listened to as a candidate and whilst they took time to discuss opportunities with me, they have been very efficient in turning round responses and keeping things moving. I recently started a new role and was very happy with the team for moving with such haste, knowing that other offers were being tabled to me. Their advice was sound and I felt confident that they were doing their absolute best to support me in getting over the line.

From our very first phone call, which lasted nearly an hour, Mark was able to provide details responses about the position I was looking into. He did his research with the company and I knew that he wasn't just trying to convince me about the same bullet points that I could already find myself online.

After organizing the initial interview with the hiring company, Mark followed up with another call and provided, what I perceived as "key" information for success. It was things I already wanted to say, but he formulated it in another way to really stand out.

Mark was there every step of the way and even took time to listen to a presentation that I had prepared (in a different langue). Despite not being able to read the text on the screen, he was still able to provide critical feedback to improve the final product.

I won't mention my specific wishes, but I will absolutely say that Mark was crucial in obtaining these factors.

I worked with Jay (Projectus) over an extended period in 2022. Jay helped us to fill various roles (mainly sales). I found Jay to be polite, energetic and focused. Specifically he listened to our needs and helped us to target our preferred profiles/candidates. He worked diligently to find the right people for the roles and I was genuinely impressed with his energy.

Hugh has always been profession, friendly and easy to work with. Always offered a great service and helped me find exactly what I was looking for after listening to my specifications and preferences.

This was for me the best experience with a talent aquisition /recruiting company so far. Great support along the process, always avaiable and supportive. Very impressed from the first contact untill the closure of the process.

Catherine and her team were the epitome of professionalism during their initial contact with me, in their efficient communication of the job role and expectations and support for me in the lead up to interview and post job offer. It was a pleasure working with them and I can only recommend their services to others. For me, I was initially not convinced that I needed to move role but I am so glad that Catherine and team stuck by me, provided all necessary encouragement and the result is I am in an employment now that demonstrates an excellent fit on both sides and a pay increase! The collaboration with Mark Allen @ Projectusconsulting was nothing less than a state-of-the-art headhunting process under his coordination that aimed (and brilliantly succeeded) in finding the right candidate, for the right position, at the right organisation.
Talented headhunter, Mark approached me naturally and convincingly, proposing to explore an opportunity that turned just a few weeks later into an offer exceeding my expectations and bringing valuable new perspectives to my career in Procurement & Supply.
He stands out and makes a difference through his excellent capacity to keep the highest standards of professionalism and etiquette in recruitment while adding a personal, friendly, trustful touch to each interaction, being patient, communicating effectively and inspiring the candidate to give the best during the interviews/ assessments.
His concise but relevant advice is priceless in helping the candidate to structure and calibrate the performance in front of the hiring team.

His determination to make the most of the application and obtain the best offer for me as a candidate is remarkable. He negotiated on my behalf an offer that exceeded my expectations, and everyone was happy with it.

On a funny note, even though I’m a stable type of professional, for such a memorable recruitment experience, I should consider changing the job more often.

This experience was great! Sam Greenfield was very helpful. He also knew a lot about the position I was interviewing for and helped me prepare. Sam has done a terrific job to help me find my new job. We had a couple hiccups, but hopefully everything by will be resolved soon.
