When placing your order, you agreed to our general terms and conditions. These clearly state that all import duties, customs, and related fees are the customer’s responsibility. These costs are charged by your own government and have nothing to do with us as a seller.
At checkout, there is also an additional notice specifically for U.S. customers, explaining that new import regulations may result in extra charges upon delivery. Since these fees are paid directly to your government and not to us, we cannot influence or refund them.
If you refuse to pay the import fees, UPS will unfortunately destroy the shipment. The only way to receive your package is to pay the customs charges. After receiving it, you may still return the goods in accordance with our return policy.

Faulty products - company refused a refund, replacement and asked me to cut the gloves in half if I wanted a credit note for less than half what I paid 3 weeks earlier. Blocked from Facebook, ignored via email. Avoid!

Despite our 4 (four) previous emails, it appears we have not been able to clarify that purchases made in our store (without proof of purchase) in the Netherlands cannot be replaced or shipped to the UK.
The gloves do not need to be returned but must be demonstrably destroyed. Normally, returns require the original receipt in-store.
However, we have approved your complaint and, as a gesture of goodwill, since you are unable to return to the store, are offering a discount code equivalent to the current price for use in our online shop.
You referred to this as “nonsense.”
Since that moment, you have repeatedly attempted to accuse us of fraud, leaving us with no choice but to block you across all channels.
