We would have given 5 stars but…
We would have given 5 stars but delivery was not made until 7pm after being told it would be delivered no later than 5pm. However the delivery driver was extremely helpful and I would give him 5 stars personally. I suspect the lateness was due to traffic on the day.

Very pleased with my 3 person traditional sauna. From start to finish the company were very helpful and communicative.
Delivery was easy , assembly was extremely simple and quick and the ladle / bucket and rocks were all included.

I ordered a 2 person infra red sauna - it came promptly and very simple to put together, took merely minutes, and its top tier quality as well. Company were very easy to deal with too!
