Ordered ProLon® 5-Day Nutrition

Ordered ProLon® 5-Day Nutrition Programme from their Australian site $298, having checked their shipping terms which are: “All orders are processed within 48hrs Monday to Friday and are shipped from our warehouse in Sydney”.

I waited 3 weeks before emailing them with a copy of my order asking when it would be dispatched. They replied saying that they were unable to find my order (despite it being on the same email, literally below their reply). Their next email to me said:

“We're happy to support you and are here to ensure you have a smooth and positive experience.

​We wanted to let you know that, as you are located in Australia, we unfortunately do not currently have stock available for shipment to your region. As a result, we have gone ahead and processed the cancellation and full refund of your order.​​

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused. The good news is that we are expecting to have stock available again by the end of this month or early next month”.

So they take your order and money knowing they have no stock and don’t bother to communicate with you.
