Prolon FMD is the way!

If you're looking to get a jump start on changing bad eating habits, using the 5 day Prolon kit is the way. I also shed around 5 pounds while doing this. I'm looking forward to doing the 5 day fast quarterly. It can leave you feeling a bit tired and you might have a slight headache while on it but you'll feel fantastic afterwards. Highly recommend.

I also ordered a single day Reset pak…

I also ordered a single day Reset pak and that did not come through in my order. I did not see any mechanism to change this order other than stop it the whole order. I did not want to risk that. Best in taste breakfast bar

This is one of the best tasting breakfast bars on the market. All the ingredients come from natural foods with no chemical additives. Would have rated as a 5 however it is fairly pricey.

Expedited delivery?

I went to check out and saw it was going to arrive march 28th, 5 days later, so I added the $10 expedited and it was still March 28th so my excitement for starting early will still have to wait.

I really like the Fasting Mimicking…

I really like the Fasting Mimicking Diet and have found it works and is relatively easy to do. To be honest, everything about this company has impressed my husband and I. The customer service has been great, really helpful when we needed more info, and their overall caring and level of professionalism is the best. I love your product as I
ve ordered before. What is terribly frustrating is the different product options-they are not well laid out/explained AND importantly I cannot get answers to the questions I have via your chat system or emails. I want to speak to a person before I make another order. But that option does not appear available.

Love Prolonlife

Love Prolonlife. I am usually eating horribly. So, I dedicated 1 day a week where I will fast 24 to 36 hours fast. I called it sabbath fast. One day for my body to rest and clean out any bad stuffs in my body. I do the 5 days fast before but with my schedule and my lifestyle, 1 day worked perfectly for me. I might try 5-2 soon.
