Outstanding Customer Service

I have bought a couple things now at Proluca, and I must say the workers always have a very welcoming smile. The workers are very helpful and patient when helping me out if I wanted to buy something in the shop. Furthermore, all workers have great knowledge of products and give great advice!!
When buying a present for someone I know I asked for gift service, and WOW! the workers at Proluca really make the gifts very professional and the receiver of my gift was very thankful!
The workers at Proluca handle every moment very professionally and make sure the clients are welcome to come back!

Nothing Received

We ordered 2 wall lamps in September from the webshop. Online it stated delivery within 5 working days. 2.5 months later in December we have still not received anything. No updates were sent and we have only received information by calling Proluca ourselves. They only tell us to keep waiting, but the products have still not been sent.
