Contacted them to say I never received items. They replied once then stopped replying to me emails after I told them I want a refund as they couldn’t even give me a dispatch date. I had to go from my bank and arrange a charge back in the end to retrieve my money. Essentially this company are scammers. Disgusting
Beware - I have been supplied a product which was completely unsuitable for my application circumstances, due to advice received from a Promain sales person. Wasted my time and money, and that of the charity I represented.

Promain is awesome . Staff are all great passionate and knowledgable. Delivery lightening quick. Actually ordered yesterday at 4pm and two tins of paint on my door step at 9am this morning.

I really enjoy writing a great review and this one is well deserved. I only needed one litre of paint for some gutters and soil pipe and Tony in technical support actually bothered to paint a couple of swatches so that I'd have a better understanding of the paint colour. The swatches arrived the next day.
That's very impressive given the size of my order. Actually whilst writing it is worth mentioning that this firm stock a very healthy range of colours in a range of paint types that the big DIY outlets don't.
