Dodgy business

I purchased a subscription from their website hukmlaquestionbank.com, After reading the information on the company’s website, which clearly stated that subscriptions can be cancelled at any time and that a 14-day money-back guarantee is offered for new subscribers. Based on this, I felt confident proceeding.

After two days, I realised I did not have enough time to use the service. During this period, I logged in only once and did not use any of the question bank or learning resources. I contacted customer service within the 14-day period to request a refund.

I was then told that the 14-day money-back guarantee applies only to higher-tier plans, and that my monthly plan was excluded. This limitation was not clearly stated at the time of purchase. I was also told that the question bank had been accessed, which is not accurate.

I cannot comment on the quality of the content, as I did not use it. However, the lack of transparency and the way this was handled by customer service feels untrustworthy. Based on this experience, I would not recommend taking the risk.

They run a few websites with different addresses, but the contact email in the payment gateway is the same, and they seem to be a scam.

Prometric Candidates — Read This Before You Waste Your Money on PrometricMCQ.com

⚠️ I want to publicly warn fellow doctors and medical professionals about my experience with the platform PrometricMCQ.com.

I contacted them as a serious candidate preparing for the SCFHS Neurology Prometric exam, simply asking for:

A sample of their MCQs to evaluate quality

Confirmation that their content matches the official SLEN blueprint

Clarity on refund policy

Instead of answering professionally, they sent me an automated subscription link, completely ignoring my question.

After doing more research, I found:

Real negative feedback on LinkedIn from other users (including one whose wife lost access before the paid 6-month period was over)

Suspicious behavior on their Facebook ads, where you can see many comments but can’t open them — clearly hiding bad reviews

❌ They refuse to provide a preview, ignore direct questions, and prioritize taking your money before earning your trust.

🚫 This is not a platform you should trust with your money, time, or exam success. There are no verified reviews, no transparency, and their customer service is nonexistent.

👇 Please share this post to protect other doctors from falling into this trap. We deserve better — especially when preparing for exams that shape our careers.

I will also be posting this message on public medical platforms and review websites to warn as many colleagues as possible.

Enough is enough. We are not wallets — we are professionals.

Fake

After purchasing the Biomedical Technology question pack, I realised that this website is a scam. There was only one question pack, and once I've completed those. There was nothing else for me to do. I tried contacting the team, no response. No communication whatsoever. I strongly discourage using this website as exam preparation.

Prometricmcq.com was a game-changer for my exam preparation. The site offers a wide range of relevant questions that perfectly mimic the actual exam. The explanations are clear and helpful, enhancing understanding of key concepts. User-friendly and affordable, this platform significantly boosted my confidence and readiness for the exam. Excellent customer service is the cherry on top. Highly recommended!

The worst site for subscribing study…

The worst site for subscribing study material for licensing exams. I subscribed to OBGYN study package.

1. The question tally has been brought up to 2000+ questions but the truth is many questions are outright bogus with SINGLE options!
2. Infinite grammatical mistakes.
3. Even the questions are not correctly framed.
4. Many questions have been copied from somewhere and just pasted with foolish comments like "I dont know the answer"

Honestly shocked. Please stay away from prometricmcq.com

Even the owner identity and contact address is not available. The only reason I subscribed is because it was showing high up on the search engine.

Useless questions, false answers, very poor quality

I hope no one buy any packages from this scam website, because the quality of the exams is very very poor. Most of the questions and the answers doesn't even meet the actual guidelines of the modern medicine. And there is no explanation for the argues. I purchased the neurology exam and I was shocked by the poor quality of the questions and how irrelevant they are and against the common guidelines. Probably they are not even made by a medical professionals.
