Was skeptical at first, given their mixed reviews, but I received a used miner from Prominerz sooner than expected, and in very good, working condition. Would purchase from again. Highly recommend.

More then 6weeks to receive the used z11e (said was new). after receiving it, psu was defect, opened a ticket for support beginning of dez.2020 and until now, no response... Don't recomend to buy here.

Do not buy from this company if you don’t want to lose your money. Please trust me as I have lost 6000 USD and the only response from them is that they are not responsible for nothing as this is a black market

I bought an asic, paid with cripto, order never got confirmed. It got cancelled. Tried contacting support but never received an answer.

Have been waiting for the miner for ~2 weeks, but the customer service is just perfect. I was kept informed every day for two weeks of waiting! Moreover, after receiving the miner, they helped me with installing and configuring my miner. Reliable guys!

i buy my order in s19 pro110 TH/s in 01.05.2020 order no 4612 . to be be delivered in July . I receive in December z15 ( used ) . after 5 month from expected day I receive wrong unit and used . they tell me they will replaced immediately . unit now 13.01.2021 i didn't receive my unit . i have screenshot for all my conversation with them any one need to see the approve for what i mention before he is welcome to communicate with me. my advise to you dont deal with is company 100 % scam

Très mauvaise expérience avec Prominerz.com, j’achète un S19pro dimanche 03/01/2021, lundi je me prépare à faire le virement et constate après coup que ma commande a été annulée ! La raison ? Ils ont augmenté les prix le lundi matin et ont jugé judicieux d’annuler ma commande sans me prévenir ! Je pense qu’au niveau légal, ce n’est pas terrible ce genre d’agissement.
Après contact avec eux (j’ai les mails à l’appui bien entendu, je n’avance pas n’importe quoi) je râle et leur explique qu’annuler une commande passée à un prix donné, parce que le lundi ils ont décidé d’augmenter leur prix, n’est pas loyal. Je reçois un mail à nouveau qui me dit que ma commande est repassée "on hold". J’effectue donc le virement, je me dis : beau geste commercial bravo. Et NON ! Un fameux Bastien m’écrit et me dit que ma commande reste Annulée ! Franchement honteux. Fuyez ce genre de site de charlatans, aucun sérieux, aucun professionnalisme, ne confiez jamais votre argent à des petits rigolos du genre.

Very bad experience with Prominerz.com, I buy an S19pro on Sunday 03/01/2021, Monday I prepare the bank transfer and find after the fact that my order has been canceled! The reason ? They increased the prices on Monday morning and decided to cancel my order without notifying me! I think legally this kind of action is borderline.
I contact them by mail (I have all the emails of course, I am not advancing anything) I moan and explain them that to cancel an order placed at a given price, because on Monday they decided to increase their price, is not fair. I receive an email back telling me that my order has been placed "on hold" again. So I make the bank transfer, I say to myself: nice commercial gesture, well done. And no ! A famous Bastien emails me and tells me that my order remains Canceled! Frankly shameful. Avoid this kind of quakers website, no seriousness, no professionalism, never entrust your money to little jokes like that.

I bought an Innosilicon A10 500MH through the prominerz eshop. I've received the info a day after the payment has been done, that my order is canceled, as there was a significant price rise of the item and they can't fulfil my order. They offered me 2 options, either money refund or choosing another device. I decided for money refund. And 24hrs later I received my money. Honestly I was really affraid at the beginning, when I saw, that my order just disappeared from the shop and there was approximately 10 hours of no answers from their side. But then, they contacted me via telegram and everything was solved within a few minute. Really professional and willing to solve the issue. I'm giving honest 4 stars to prominnerz.

Legit retailer! Prompt responses via email support! I never leave reviews, but these guys are not scammers and do have competetive pricing!

My opinion on Prominerz:
On 1/12 2020 I made a purchase on the website, and sent the respective proof of transfer, I was told it would take 5-7 days but due to COVID it would be between 7-9, they received payment on 9/12, a few days before leaving tracking I was asked for 180 usd to send as a mini-computer (on the website it says that it is already included in the original price of the piece), which I refused due to some negative reviews I saw here(I doubted their seriousness), however day 17 / 12 I receive tracking, arrives at my country on the 23rd and due to Christmas and customs clearance I was only able to get up on the 28th after paying 1000 euros in customs fees.
When I opened the box, I saw a rusted psu and the machine had some scratches, I contacted them via Email and were very attentive, as they always were throughout the process (Thanks Mr. Michelle), and soon I was told that they would replace the psu case necessary and if you wanted you could return the machine, which would be reimbursed in full, price of the machine plus customs duties.
After exchanging messages by email and telegram, i was proposed to reimburse the customs fees, since it is on the website that is included, which I am waiting for a response to.
So I would like to thank the Prominerz team and especially Bastien and Michelle.

The reason for the 3 stars is just the fact that this little disagreement is still open, but I will change it as soon as I receive a confirmation, Once again I recommend the service of the prominerz team to anyone who didn't want to be fooled in this unsafe market

I am very pleased with Prominerz.com. My order was reasonably priced. They beat all other competitors on prices and shipping. Very happy, I will buy from them again.

Prominerz team worth dealing with. my 4th order with miner bros and all four orders were delivered fast and affordable prices. communication via email and all questions answered quickly. very happy with Innosilicon A10 and will definitely order from them again sure.

Great services, Really nothing to say, They delivered the miner on time and gave us a great support to start the installation :)

Ordered a few miners since 2019, response time is not always the best but in the end everything was fine.

I also have 2 miners hosted with them and had to change wallet address recently, was taken care of within 24 hours.

I suspect they don’t have enough employees to have a good and quick customer service, they can definitely improve there, but the company is legit.

Unfortunately not all miner manufacturers are honest, but this is not the fault of prominerz.

Resume: If you have the time to wait, and you can risk ordering overseas, Prominerz did delivered as promised. Keep in mind what is "in stock" might be in stock in China, expect 1 month or more delivery dates, and you'll be fine.

Ordered something and paid within minutes. After confirming they have it IN STOCK, at that point they only took few hours to reply. After sending the payment they stopped replying, no tickets response, no communication, there's no phone number, no news, no explanations. Order online still says waiting for payment, payment was done immediately using the IBAN they provided and I have proof. Over one week passed and Prominerz vanished with my money. I'm going to research how I can file criminal transaction and try to get my money back.

Update 1:

12 days after order, the status changes to PAID. And a promise for tracking number over email.

Update 2:

4 days later, tracking number was provided. Which shows the miner is sent from China and NOT from Swiss as they confirmed to me over email. I ordered from Europe to avoid heavy import duties and I chose Prominerz because they confirmed the miner was in Europe, in stock. Meanwhile Zcash halved and value of the miner lower significantly, it feels like the seller had the miner working until halving happened.

Update 3:

2 days later, Prominerz support replied admitting it might have been a mistake and they will support the duties taxes. Waiting for confirmation on that. If that happens, I'll change the experience review. It's still not a nice experience, but at least they will deliver (supposedly).

After approximately one month, the miner arrived. Looks a bit degraded but it works fine. Prominerz delivered the machine (even tho they send from China and not Europe). And they payed all the import duties, which we significant. Not only that, they also gave a small refund to help covering the cost and the waiting time. All in all, if you can wait and if you can risk ordering from outside Europe, it's a safe place to buy mining equipment. Michele from suport, was a good help.

After an absolute chaos with our shipping that never reached us, prominerz held in € 500,- of the purchase prize that we paid. It was definitely their fault as they tried to make stuff go through customs with various false invoices (!). German customs didn't accept that, we never saw the package. An endless discussion with a very unprofessional customer service ended with them blocking us on Whatsapp after always having communicated politely. Until today we haven't gotten our money back, eventhough the screw up was clearly their fault. Stay away from Prominerz!
