Simply the Best Blender

What a Product.. been blending Protein shakes for over 30years and this is by far the best product I’ve ever used.
I ordered the Pro electric shaker 3 months ago and was amazed how good the whole process was from ordering to the actual product.. it arrived on time and you can see the quality of the product straight away … I have been so impressed by the way it mixes I have now also purchased the sense intelligent cordless blender which again has impressed.. such an amazing product

Awful

Update: They have responded to the email I sent, and though it was a bit delayed response, once they got it touch it was smooth and prompt customer service. I have received my replacement within a week and it's working fine so far!

Awful! The blender stopped working within a month. Have left an email and filled out the contact form multiple times but heard nothing from there side. I've contacted the social media page and no response there either.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

I wish I had read the reviews before making the mistake of purchasing from this company...I bought the rechargeable mixer bottle in October as part of a birthday gift for my son...No problems initially but 6 weeks later the electronic base unit developed a life of its own switching itself on and off and then on permanently till it ran out of charge...I have contacted Promixx 4 times..twice by e mail and twice via their online portal..Like other very dissatisfied customers absolutely no response whatsoever which is quite dreadful. I notice that all the negative reviews on Trustpilot have been ignored by Promixx which just shows they dont care in the slightest...They have our money so why should they bother..Rubbish products and diabolical customer service..

Amazing service

I initially filed a complaint, but I completely take it back. They actually provide excellent service. My order was significantly delayed — by about three weeks. However, I immediately received an email with sincere apologies. Because of that, I experienced very good customer service. In the end, I received exactly the order I had placed, and I am very satisfied with it. So if you’re reading this: definitely order from here.

No customer service, no help with missing order

Although mostly pleased with my first blender purchase, I am very annoyed at not ever having received my second purchase which was almost 3 weeks ago. Sent 2 emails asking where my order is, and got absolutely zero response back. Poor customer service if you can even call that service.

Faulty Product - Worst Aftercare possible

I purchased the PRO Stainless Steel Mixer on November 15th, but unfortunately, I cannot review its performance as it arrived faulty and did not work.

I contacted customer care and waited four days for a response, which only asked for a photo of the device while charging. I sent the requested photo within the hour on November 26th, yet I have received no further communication since.

I understand that defects can happen, but I expected far better aftercare. I returned the device over a week ago, and again, there has been no correspondence from the Promixx team.

If you are considering purchasing this product, I would strongly advise against it. The company appears quick to take your money but slow—or unwilling—to provide support when issues arise.

The cap broke

The cap of my shaker bottle broke, I messaged them and got a fast answer. They did offer to sent me a new shaker (free of charge), which I received a week after their mail.

Awesome customer support - this is how its done :)

Terrible service

Terrible service – avoid this company
I ordered two shakers with a 7-day delivery timeframe, but 15 days have passed and I haven’t received anything. I’ve tried contacting Promixx through multiple channels and haven’t received a single response. It’s impossible to reach them — absolutely unacceptable. They’ve effectively taken my money without delivering the products. Very disappointing experience.

big no

big no. I bought this blender 2 months ago.first of all it has no power to blend.it blends but this is not designed to chop and mix. is good for protein shakes where you add just liquid and a dust. but the biggest problem is the lid that constantly keeps on blocking. last night I wanted to make a mayonese in this blender and it got stuck-again-but this time is like glue stuck. also even if u charge it it lasts maximum 1-2 usages on a 20 seconds blending each time. since I cannot open it and I tried all possible methods this will go right now to the garbage

Not impressed

I bought Promixx's electric shaker a few years ago, and when searching for a portable blender, after some research, decided to go for their new Sense blender. I chose this over the likes of Ninja and other brands, based on promises of effortless blending and good battery life.

I'm on Day 2 of using the blender, and I can't say I'm impressed. Whilst it's design seems resilient and everything appears very aesthetically pleasing, the battery life is already rubbish. I charged it fully yesterday (2-3 hours). Made my first shake. Oat milk, one small cube of ice, a scoop of powder, half a banana and a very small portion of frozen berries - whilst it blended it successfully, it took a few tries to get there. Day 2, second go of the same ingredients, and it died half way through.

Their customer service is also appalling, similar to the rest of the reviews here. I sent two emails, which took them nearly a week to respond to. When they responded, they sent an answer to a question I hadn't even asked, and completely disregarded what I had initially asked, leading me to believe they didn't even read the email.

Please be aware as well, if you're anywhere outside of the US or UK, you'll be subject to custom fees - absolutely nowhere on their website states this, which should absolutely be included in their FAQs or shipping info, as the majority of other retail sites will always include as a courtesy to their customers.

I'm now down 200 euro and left with what looks to be a bit of a scam. Very disappointing all round.

They will not reply when there is an issue

I spent a good amount of money for the Sense portable blender and the Promixx Pro shaker. After 2 weeks the blender made a horrible screech and smoked a bit, when i took the blender cup of the motor I saw that the impeller on the blender motor was no longer attached to the rod from the motor and it will not go back on the rod and work. I did register my products for the warranty so I reached out online (because there is no phone number to be found to get assistance) multiple times and even got email confirmation that they received my contact but here I am a week later and no one has reached out from Promixx to resolve the issue or even discuss it. I'm out over $120 bucks and no blender, avoid these people unless you got money to burn!!!!!!!

Don't buy this shaker

Bought from promixx directly. The shaker came broken and it's unusable. Have opened a support case and nobody have contacted me yet. Will try to fix it myself (lid completely broken), Should have read the reviews before purchase.

I would never recommend this brand again!!! They have the worst customer service you can ever deal with! I had a problem, I sent a reclamation then they answered that they will send me a new
Product! I am waiting till today (5 month) and nothing happened! I sent them many emails but they ignored it and never got any replies!!

You buy from this brand and you will never have the chance for any reclamations! They are the biggest scam ever!!
