Now this is where things change. So I have winnings in my balance so stop playing as had to rush out. I was going to take my money out but in a rush so leave it till later when back home.

A few hours later go to log in and account restricted until I provide id documents, ok in a normal situation but I currently have no photo id that is acceptable. So I contact through live chat and they advise they will not allow me to withdraw my money till I give them the required id.

I tried to see what options or how they can assist me but they just keep repeating the same response and they are rude and abrupt and just didn't care. This was the same with emails.

A few days have passed and again tried resolving this through live chat today. Same response so I said how come the regulations the adhere to allows them to take customers money and let them play with verification id documents but when they have to pay out money all of a sudden they need verification id. This should of been asked before deposit or bonus given or the wagering requirements met or the hours of play after not when I win money and log out. So they slyly saw winnings and restricted account before I could request withdraw.

It dont stop there. After getting offline chat I have an email saying they have now closed my account as I requested (which I didn't) but now I cant get anyone who to help me with withdraw my money.

If they have closed my account surely its illegal to keep my money.

The big downfall is the Promotions are never good and they have no sort of Rewards program and when you do ask for free spins you'll be lucky to get some. Awful site withdrew 800 days ago and had nothing but issues trying to get my funds! Still waiting now. Was initially asked for photo I’d to verify which I sent! And was told wasn’t a problem on live chat and that it had been accepted. I then received a email asking for further verification which was no issue I sent over a council tax bill along with both bank cards on the account I was told they could not open my documents even tho ugh they were sent the same way as previously. The customer service is horrific! After Re sending them in a different file format I was then told this wasn’t enough and they wanted me to provide a photo of me standing holding my I’d which I have done so I was then asked to send them a copy of my bank statement which I then went online and sent to them.
