Deliberately goes against explicit instructions

I went with Promocolour because they previously worked with big brands so I was expecting professionalism. I wanted a custom tablecloth, and I provided them with artwork with the explicit mention that I didn't want it altered. When they obviously extended the artwork with AI, I explicitly told them that I didn't want any AI artwork as it's usage is banned in my industry. So they subtly modified it with AI to fit the dimensions without telling me. They deliberately went against my repeated and explicit instructions without telling me. As it was subtle - it wasn't obvious on my phone screen to approve, but very noticeable when I got the tablecloth. But because I "approved" it, and that I shouldn't have assumed they would follow my instructions I'm now stuck with a tablecloth I can't use.

If you go with them, scrutinize over every minor detail no matter how small because they won't reimburse you for not picking up on their deliberate mistakes.
