Ordered 2 units of the same product and paid 15 euro for shipping (amount for almost half the unit price) got only one unit ,and no explanation was given until i kontaktade promfama and got informed that they only hade one unit left. Even though the product is still available on their website.
I’m writing a second review as despite sending Proforma the information they asked me to send them via Trustpilot - after they must have read my first review! - I still have not received the order I placed about eleven days ago or even had an explanation as to why there is a delay eg problems resulting from the virus crisis.
My first review appeared under the name Math..... don’t know why!
Initially I used a talktalk email address when I placed the order. If Proforma is looking at this my order number is RC_29TGXQ2A9. I would like to hear from you. May be someone responsible will get back to me. I had to give one star to get into the comment box but it is not deserved yet.
